Experience in program implementation
With more than 20 complex implementations and major program upgrades in North America, ESP has more experience than anyone in the industry at managing comprehensive state programs. We apply this wealth of experience to every program development process.

Our development experience spans a broad range of projects including:

Large-scale programs requiring the construction of 55 to 80 facilities;
Major conversions requiring us to retrofit or completely rebuild 12 to 35 facilities while continuing to operate; and
Small-scale programs of three to five stations.

Oversight by an experienced project management team
Our program development staff has a wide range of specialized knowledge including project management, site design and approval processing, facility design and construction, equipment specification and installation, and employee recruiting and training.
