Program size:
As the Largest Participant in Missouri's decentralized Gateway Vehicle Inspection Program, ESP's nine inspection stations, known as RapidPass Centers, are strategically located throughout the Metro St. Louis area and perform all state-required vehicle safety inspections and emissions testing.  RapidPass Centers are expected to conduct 200,000 combined safety and emissions tests this year.

Contract term:
As a decentralized program, there is no contract in place for RapidPass Centers.  The state of Missouri's Gateway Vehicle Inspection Program (GVIP) is expected to run in its current format until September 1, 2011.
